How can I get current pricing/product information?

Please call our Customer Support Team Toll Free at 800-558-5066 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you in any way they can.

If it is after normal business hours, please leave a voice mail message and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I locate an MSDS document?

You can find an msds document by a variety of methods, they are as follows: search via our website email or call a customer service representative, or contact us directly to request a copy.

What is your return policy?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. We offer a full-return with no re-stocking fees or freight charges if you are not satisfied with our products.

When will my order ship?

Standard Towel & Tissue products have a 5-day lead time. Spill control products have a 3-day lead time. All orders of stock products of 6 pallets (skids) or more have a one-week lead time. Custom Products typically have a two week lead time.

What if I need the status if my order?

Call our toll free number or email us and a Customer Service Representative will provide any information regarding your order.

What if I need a product sample?

We can respond quickly to any and all sample requests on stock products. Please contact a Customer Service Representative for more information about our sample program.
